1. The overall structure and working principle of explosion-proof vibration motor
The explosion-proof vibration motor is composed of an explosion-proof motor and an eccentric block. When the motor is energized and rotated, the eccentric block generates an exciting force, which is transmitted to the vibrating machine through the feet.
2. Structure and characteristics of main components of explosion-proof vibration motor
The vibration motor base is cast with QT450 ductile iron. The end cover, inner rail, junction box and cover are cast with HT250 cast iron, which has high mechanical strength. The bearing adopts the larger 6 series bearing, which can withstand the requirement of vibration acceleration not more than 20g. The eccentric block is made of Q235. The eccentric block is divided into two types: fixed and adjustable. The excitation force can be adjusted from 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% to 100% of the rated excitation force. The excitation force is fixed at 60% of the rated excitation force when leaving the factory.
Installation and adjustment of explosion-proof vibration motor Explosion-proof vibration motor should be firmly installed on the vibrating machine without loosening. After the first use, the anchor bolts should be reinforced. The explosion-proof vibration motor is connected to the power supply with a rubber sheathed flexible cable (the outer diameter of the rubber sheath is 15mm), and the wiring steps are as follows:
a. Clean the outside of the junction box and strip off the insulation of the cable part.
b. Remove the outlet gland, cable guide sleeve, sealing ring and junction box cover.
c. Put the outlet gland, cable guide sleeve and sealing ring on the cable, and then connect the power core wire and grounding core wire of the cable to the terminal and grounding screw respectively, and pay attention to the ** part of the wire not to be exposed outside the bow washer .
d. Install the sealing ring, cable guide sleeve, outlet pressure plate and junction box cover.
e. Care should be taken to protect the explosion-proof surface from damage during disassembly and assembly. 204-1 anti-rust oil should be applied during assembly. After installation, the explosion-proof surface must be tightly attached. The cable must have a natural overhang between the junction box and the non-vibrating fixed card, that is, the length of the cable between the junction box and the non-vibrating fixed card should be 400-700mm longer than its line distance.
