In order to ensure the normal operation of the anti-vibration motor, in addition to the normal use according to the operating regulations, normal maintenance and maintenance should be paid attention to during operation, and the anti-vibration motor should be checked regularly and the motor maintenance work should be done. This can not only eliminate some faults in time, but also prevent the occurrence of faults and ensure the normal operation of the shock-proof motor. The interval of regular maintenance can be determined according to the use environment of the motor.
For start-up equipment of anti-vibration motors, clean the external dust in time, check whether there are burn marks on each wiring part, and whether the grounding wire may be faulty.
Check and clean the shock-proof motor terminal. Check whether the connecting screws of the junction box are loose, and check whether they are burnt.
Check the screws of each fixing part, including fixing screws, end cover screws, bearing cover screws, etc. Tighten the loose nut.
Clean the motor and remove the dust and sludge on the outside of the motor base in time. If the environment is dusty, it is best to clean it once a day.
Check whether the transmission device, pulley or coupling is loose, damaged and installed firmly; whether the belt and its coupling buckle are intact.
The professional point is the maintenance of the carbon brushes of the anti-vibration motor. During the operation of the motor, the wear of the carbon brush is a very important factor leading to the scrap of the motor. Therefore, when using the motor, pay attention to the maintenance of the motor's carbon brushes, that is to say, the new carbon brushes must be replaced regularly during use, so as to extend the service life of the shock-proof motor.
Inspection and maintenance of bearings. After the bearing has been used for a period of time, it should be cleaned and replaced with grease or oil. The time for cleaning and oil change should depend on the working conditions, working environment, cleanliness and lubricant type of the motor. Clean it every 3-6 months half the time, and change the grease again. When the oil temperature is high, when working in poor environmental conditions, and when there is a lot of dust, the motor should be cleaned and replaced frequently.
When assembling the motor, first remove the windward cover and the fan, then use a socket wrench to assemble the bolts of the end cover and the bearing cover, then use a log or copper rod to impact the shaft in the axial direction to separate the end cover and the base, and finally remove the rotor. After disassembling the parts, the explosion-proof surface should be placed upwards and covered with rubber or cloth washers, and finally the bolts and spring washers should be tightened carefully.
When dipping and assembling, the insulating paint or dirt attached to the explosion-proof surface should be removed, and hard objects such as iron sheets should not be scratched. However, uneven areas can be polished with oil stone.
